Although time, science, and development are advancing rapidly, many rural communities in Nepal remain deprived of basic opportunities and continue to face poverty, superstition, injustice, and a lack of modern education, employment, infrastructure, communication, and skill development. Many people in remote areas still struggle to meet basic needs, while local resources, talents, culture, history, and creativity remain underutilized and undocumented. Youth often make important life decisions without proper guidance, agriculture lacks modernization, and social problems such as violence, crime, addiction, and harmful practices continue to grow. To address these challenges, promote sustainable development, social unity, scientific thinking, modernization, and eliminate social evils and superstitions, the "Sigas Samaj" organization was established. Its constitution, adopted in 2076 B.S., was drafted under the provisions of the Nepal Organizations Registration Act, 2034, with the goal of contributing to the nation's social and developmental progress.
